We provide complete soluon for ETO sterilizaon with ETO STERILIZER, EO gas cartridges, Packaging Reels (Sterilizaon Reels) Indicator tape for ETO & Indicators. Features
- Chamber is manufactured from stainless steel (316 grade) material.
- The machine can be operated with dual-mode- either 100% EO cartridge or different mixtures of ETO : Co2 available in the market.
- SS trolley is provided with the machine for easy operation of material to be sterile.
- Pre-requisite sequence phases are defined to run the cycle in auto mode.
- Pre-sterilization phases are defined to create the proper condition for sterilization (i.e. Humidity & Temp)
- Post sterilization phase is defined to remove residual gas from the product (Aeration)
- Inter-locks at different stages are available to provide safety, it ensures proper parameters are maintained during the sterilization cycle.
- Semi-automated & fully Automated models are available.
- Records of data are available in date short as well as graph format.
- Very low operating costs compared to other available options.
- Very easy to install and operate.
- Tabletop and fully box cover models.
- Almost maintenance-free machine.
- Single-phase (230AC, 50Hz) operated.
